The Field Community Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the SHG and cooperative formation, as well as managing the Local Community Trainers (LCTs). The Field Community Trainer will work with the Farmer Organization Advisors to recruit, train, and provide technical assistance to the dairy SHGs and cooperatives, provide timely and accurate data collection, and monitor performance.

Under the overall guidance of the Senior Program Manager, the Senior MEL Specialist will plan and implement the proper systems and procedures that generate timely, high-quality data and analysis that enables adaptive management within the PRAISE program across the country. He/she will perform the technical activities related to monitoring & evaluation and serve as the primary point of contact for data collection and aggregation that supports project reporting and will provide inputs to inform project decision-making.
Under the overall guidance of the Project manager, the MEL Specialist will perform activities related to monitoring, evaluation and learning for the project, including organizing and implementing data collection and analysis for the project. The Senior Program Manager will manage a team of 14 people, to implement a 2-year project in Anambra and Lagos states, Nigeria and will be responsible for leading the overall implementation and providing day-to-day management and oversight throughout the entire duration of the program – from program set-up and diagnosis to capacity building and business advisory, access to grants and other finance, as well as creating an enabling environment for actors across the plastics market ecosystem. The Senior Project Manager will act as the key liaison with all counterparts, implementing partners, resource partners and other stakeholders involved with the project.

The Inclusive Business Manager plays a critical role with CASA TAF, both delivering Inclusive Business Plans and supervising the delivery of Inclusive Business Plans by Technoserve Fellows and Consultants, with the objective of scoping impactful Technical Assistance for partner agribusinesses. The core of the role is focused on providing high quality commercial and impact analysis to inform successful delivery of Technical Assistance, and involves frequent travel to a wide range of countries across Africa, South Asia and South-East Asia to collaborate with agribusiness management teams, conduct primary field research and connect with a wide range of investor, business, government and NGO stakeholders; as well as significant commercial analysis.
